After being let down by two previous builders, our client Susanna turned to Grieve Built to get this complex renovation finished. Susanna knew exactly what she wanted for all aspects of this build having previously renovated many other houses over the years and we were able to work as a team to achieve total satisfaction for Susanna and her husband.
Having renovated many homes over the years, I was truly blown away by the professionalism, high quality of workmanship, attention to detail, intuitive decision making, willingness to be consultative and absolutely honest approach to every aspect of my build.
All the team members were a real pleasure to work with through the whole project. Within no time of working with them, I was completely at ease and knew that every aspect would be attended to before I even asked.
The site was kept immaculate, the team showed up always, communication was clear, respect and regard for all trades was shown and a true can-do attitude was the norm.
